MULTIPURPOSE UV MACHINE

We manufacture a multipurpose, low budget UV machine, which can be used for,

Full UV coat & cure,
Full Aqua/primer coat & dry,
Curing for spot UV by screen.

This is easy to use and is available with twin pumping system for liquids. The machine is available in various specifications. Options – texture roller ; paper coating.

You can do Gloss UV Finish, Leather / Texture UV Finish , Matt UV Finish just by changing the UV liquid.

Offset Prints, Visiting Cards, Cartons, Full & Spot UV, Full Aqueous, Thin sheet full UV, Brochures, Scratch Cards, Smart Cards, Base Coat like Aqua and Sapphire. For UV coating on prints from HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Canon, Noritsu. Photo Prints, Commercial Prints, Photo Books, Coffee Table Books, Karizma.
Optional Texture Rollers - to coat different Textures.

For paper as low as 90 gsm – TS model

We have developed a unique air knife paper decurler to run paper. TS model can also be used to UV Coat on paper of gsm as low as 90 gsm. This requires the customer to connect a 1HP compressor to the machine.
