Silk Screen UV Grades

We manufacture UV coating for Special effects coating for gloss, high gloss, sand finish or effect, leather effect, glitter effect, structure effect, bubble effect by silk screen method. These are UV curable coatings for print finishing giving special effects. The application is by silk screen.

These are all screen UV grades. Most of these grades are also suitable on BOPP matt laminated sheets.

SPECIAL EFFECT-DRIPOFF-MATTGLOSS

This matt gloss special effect is a two-step UV coating. We get different effects depending on the type of printing machine used as detailed below. This effect is possible using screen. It can be used in high speed production environment to highlight company logos, product photographs, emblems, etc. in gloss finish with a beautiful texture matt background having a soft feel.
